About Bill

My name is William A. Reichardt and, born and raised in the suburbs of St. Louis, I am a product of Midwestern values.  My family lives 75 miles northwest of Washington, DC where West Virginia borders Maryland and Virginia.  We live in Shepherdstown near Harpers Ferry, which has a place in Civil War history.  Shepherdstown is on the Potomac and dates back to 1762; it was in the running long ago to be our nation’s capital.  It’s beautiful here.

After completing my education I joined Chrysler and six months later Uncle Sam sent me “an invitation I could not refuse.”  Drafted during the height of the Vietnam conflict, I became a Staff Sergeant E6 in the Adjutant General Corps.  At the end of two years I was honorably discharged and awarded an Army Commendation Medal for meritorious service.

I returned to Chrysler and worked my way to positions in Puerto Rico and London, England.  One thing I learned early in my career, and even in the Army, was that enabling those under me to accomplish goals was the best way to lead.  I enjoyed getting feedback from long timers that they accomplished more when I was at the helm.

My subsequent work has involved fundraising for a university; acting upon a lifelong interest in high performance cars by selling Porsches, Audis and BMWs (including to Paul Newman and to Hank Ketchum, creator of Dennis the Menace); and additional nonprofit fundraising for a special museum in Oregon and a local theatre renovation.

Again acting upon my passion for cars and racing, I became VP for Business Development at Summit Point Raceway in Summit Point, West Virginia, 75 miles northwest of Washington, DC.  Summit Point’s training division, BSR, is a dominant force in advanced driving techniques for the federal government, law enforcement and specialized instruction for new drivers.  I also became a qualified BSR instructor and taught students from the White House, the State Department, various military branches, the Supreme Court, and the Federal Reserve System, among others.  Depending on the client, instruction included forward and reverse 180s, spinning out hostile vehicles from behind, crashing through vehicle barriers, night driving at high speed, and more.  These specialties were not made available to newly licensed drivers!

Since leaving Summit Point, I’ve looked into numerous opportunities.  It has become important to me to work independently and not as somebody else’s employee.  Despite several MLM wild goose chases many years ago, in late 2010 I tried a direct selling program after several friends approached me.  While the featured company is certainly ethical, I found I was not a natural fit with the sales techniques practiced by the most successful independent representatives.

After exhaustive investigation into the world of working from home, I came upon the perfect fit for the kind of special opportunity I’d been seeking.  Although not an MLM, one of the most appealing things about this opportunity is that pursuit of success necessarily involves helping others realize their own dreams.  Another thing I like is that success is up to me and not some stroke of luck; the company’s support is so abundant that it truly furnishes all that you can possibly need to make a go of it.

Married to Judith for 25 years and with a 20-year-old daughter, Alanna, my family means everything to me.  Sam, our yellow Lab, is part of our family.  Long ago I realized that one of the best reasons to be alive is to have the company of a good dog.  Our old guy, Ben, is a pure Arabian who at almost 27 is still handsome. We’ve known him since he was one year old and he has given us some amazing experiences.  I continue to enjoy motorsports.  An ex-competitive swimmer, I still try to put in about five miles per week.  Good books, photography, many forms of music - especially Delta blues – interest me.  I like to travel as well.  I’ve been in all of our states and close to 40 countries around the world.  Highlights include riding a camel at the Great Pyramid (I took a little walking tour to the interior of the Great Pyramid – not easy in view of my claustrophobia!) in Egypt and a bareback elephant on the beaches of Sri Lanka.

Bill enjoys helping folks ranging from those who want to start their own online businesses to securing their retirements to making money through online marketing.
